Ingredients:
300 g Bananas
2 TBS Cacao Powder
1 TBS Agave or Maple Syrup
1 TBS Avocado Oil
Method:
- Blend 30 sec / speed 4-5 divide pudding among glasses and chill

1 frozen Banana
3 Bananas
1/2 Avocado
3 TBS Cacao Powder
1 TBS Avocado Oil
1 TSP Coconut Oil
Orange Cashew Creme:
1 cup Cashews, soaked 2-4 Std in water or orange juice
1 Orange, peeled and deseeded
Method:
- Blend the ingredients for the pudding for 30 sec / speed 4-5. Divide among 4 glasses, leaving at least 1 inch of space at top of each, and chill.
- Rinse the soaked cashews and blend with the orange on speed 5 and put on top of pudding
- Decorate with some unhomogenized whipping cream, optional
Variation: Use frozen bananas, instead fresh, and enjoy as Chocolate Ice Cream

in 2 Varianten
Zutaten:
300 g Bananen
2 EL Kakaopulver
1 EL Agavesirup
1 EL Avocadooel
Zubereitung:
- auf 30 Sek./Stufe 4-5 verruehren
- in Glaeser fuellen und kuehlstellen

1 gefrorene Banane
3 frische Bananen
1/2 Avocado
3 EL Kakaopulver
1 EL Avocadooel
1 TL Kokosoel
Orangen-Cashewcreme:
1 Tasse Cashewkerne (2-4 Std eingeweicht in Wasser oder O-Saft, frisch gepresst)
1 Orange ( geschaelt, entkernt)
Zubereitung:
- Die Puddingzutaten 30 Sek./Stufe 4-5 puerieren und in Glaeser fuellen und kuehl stellen
- Die abgespuelten Cashewkerne fuer die Orangencreme auf Stufe 5 cremig ruehren
- Auf den Schokoladenpudding geben und evtl. mit Sahne garnieren.
Variante: Die frischen Bananen durch gefrorene ersetzen und man erhaelt ein wunderbares Schokoladeneis

My husband and I went fruitarian for a week just as a bit of an experiment but we have been feeling so great it made me look into this more. This recipe has changed my life. I never knew I could eat a dessert that would be delicious, satisfying AND good for me! Eating this kind of food just leaves me feeling so right.
