Tahini Mustard Dressing



Use whatever you have on hand: fresh garlic, garlic or wild leek paste



 
 
Ingredients:
 
Juice of 1 Lemon
4 TBS Tahini, raw
2 TBS Olive Oil
2 EL Flaxseed Oil
2 Garlic Cloves ( or 1 TBS Green Garlic / Wild Leek Paste or Garlic Paste)
2 Tsp Mustard
2 Tsp Maple Syrup
200 g Water
 
 
Method:
  • Blend 1 min / Speed 5
 
 
Variation: add a small piece of ginger
 
 





Tahini Senf Dressing


Zutaten:

Saft einer Zitrone
4 EL Tahini (ungeroestet)
2 EL Olivenoel
2 EL Leinoel
2 Knoblauchzehen ( oder 1 EL Knoblauchgrundstock oder Gruene Knoblauch / Baerlauch Paste)
2 TL Senf
2 TL Ahornsirup
200 ml Wasser


Zubereitung:
  • alle Zutaten ca. 1 Min./Stufe 5 cremig ruehren

Variante: ein kleines Stueck Ingwer zugeben

    hast Du schon Erfahrungswerte in Sachen Haltbarkeit? Die Zutate klingen zwar, als würde kaum die Chance bestehen, alt zu werden, aber.....
