Cream of Tomato Soup

Hearty and delicious, this non-dairy soup is served in minutes:



Ingredients:
1 Clove Garlic
1 Medium Onion
1 Stalk Celery
1 Small Carrot
15 g Oil (or water)
1 large can Whole or Diced Tomatoes
1/2 Tsp Himalayan Salt
1 Tsp Vegetarian Broth Powder
1 Tsp Sucanat
1 Pinch Cayenne

1 cup Almond Milk
1 cup Cooked Rice
Fresh Chopped Dill

Method:
  • Chop garlic, onion, carrot and celery on Speed 5 and sauté for 2-3 min / Varoma / speed 2-3
  • Add tomatoes and spices and cook for 6-7 min / 100°C / speed 3
  • Add almond milk, rice and dill , and mix 3-5 sec / no heat / reverse / speed 3


Vegane Tomatencremesuppe



Zutaten:
1Knoblauchzehe
1 mittlere Zwiebel
1 Stange Sellerie
1 kleine Moehre
15 g Oel (oder Wasser)
1 grosse Dose Tomaten
1/2 TL Himalaya Salz
1 TL Gemuesebruehpulver
1 TL Sucanat
1 Prise Cayenne

1 Tasse Mandelmilch
1 Tasse gekochter Reis
Frisch gehackter Dill


Zubereitung:
  • Knoblauch, Zwiebel, Sellerie und Moehre auf  Stufe 5 zerkleinern und fuer 2-3 Min / Varoma / Stufe 2-3 anduensten
  • Tomaten und Gewuerze und fuer 6-7 min / 100°C / Stufe 3 garen
  • Mandelmilch, gekochten Reis und Dill im Linkslauf  fuer 3-5 Sek / ohne Hitze / Stufe 3 unterheben
